The agreement between you and BigThum Spa when using our website or services.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By using bigthum.com, booking a treatment, or visiting our spa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Prices listed on the website are in AED and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed at the spa unless an online prepayment is specifically requested.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours, or no-shows, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment value. This protects our therapists’ time and allows other guests to access slots.

4. Health & Safety

You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or recent injuries that could affect treatment safety. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it is not safe.

5. Conduct

BigThum is a place of relaxation and respect. Inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in a permanent ban.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance after expiry is forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bigthum.com — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of BigThum Spa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation Of Liability

BigThum is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the treatment booked.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
