Most people in the UAE do not skip massage because they do not want one. They skip it because of everything around it: the drive, the parking, the waiting room, and the hour afterwards spent undoing the calm in traffic.
Big Thum removes all of that. A certified therapist comes to your home with a professional table, fresh linens and premium organic products, sets up in whichever room you choose, and leaves it exactly as they found it. The treatment is the same standard you would expect from a good spa. What changes is that it happens where you already are.
We cover Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and we do not run a different standard in each. The therapist who visits a villa on Palm Jumeirah is held to the same certification and the same hygiene practice as the one visiting an apartment in Al Nuaimiya.

Certified therapists
Every therapist is professionally certified for the treatments they perform. Hijama is carried out only by practitioners specifically trained and certified for it. This is the part a marketplace of unvetted freelancers cannot promise, and it is the reason we are not one.
A genuine home service
Not a stripped down version of a spa treatment. The table, the linens, the products and the consultation all come with the therapist.
Premium organic products
Oils, scrubs and blends chosen for what they do for skin rather than for what they cost us, with alternatives on hand for allergies and sensitivities.
Private and hygienic
Fresh linens used for you and nobody else. Equipment sanitised between every client. Sterile single use tools wherever a treatment requires them.
Our story
Big Thum began with a small, stubborn observation: the best part of a massage is the hour that comes after it, and almost everybody throws that hour away.
You book a treatment. You travel to it, wait in a reception you did not choose, and lie down in a room where a stranger was lying twenty minutes ago. The therapist is skilled and the hour is genuinely good. Then you get dressed, hand over your card, walk out into the heat, and drive home through traffic with your shoulders slowly climbing back to where they started. By the time you reach your door, most of what you paid for has quietly gone.
We built Big Thum around removing that journey. A certified therapist comes to your home with a professional couch, linens that are fresh and used for you alone, and premium organic oils. They set up in whatever room you point at. When the hour ends, you do not go anywhere. You stay exactly where you are, in your own home, and the treatment keeps working long after the front door has closed.
That one decision changes everything else. It means the room is private, because it is yours. It means nothing is shared. It means the hour can be late in the evening, when people actually want it, rather than only when a clinic is open. And it means the therapist is a guest in your home, which sets a standard of conduct and care that no spa corridor ever demands.
We are careful about who we send, because at home there is nowhere to hide behind a brand. Every therapist is certified, and the whole service is built on the assumption that you will judge us on how the appointment feels from the moment someone knocks. That is the right way to be judged.
