If you are new to massage, start with Swedish. For specific knots choose deep tissue, for stiffness choose Thai, and for something very gentle choose lymphatic drainage. If you are unsure, message us and describe how you feel.

Yes. A couples booking sends two therapists with two tables so both sessions run at the same time, and you do not have to pick the same treatment.
