Spa prices in the UAE generally start around AED 130 for short express treatments and go up to AED 1,250+ for premium half-day rituals. BigThum offers a full menu starting at AED 130 (foot reflexology) up to AED 1,250 (bridal package), with most signature treatments between AED 220 and AED 380.

Most spa massages run for 30, 60 or 90 minutes. The 60-minute session is the most popular as it allows the therapist to address the full body without rushing. We recommend 90 minutes if you have specific tension areas or want a deeper experience.

Come in whatever feels comfortable. Once you arrive, you’ll be given a private changing area, fresh disposable underwear (if requested), a robe and slippers. You can undress to your level of comfort — your therapist will always ensure you’re properly draped throughout the treatment.

Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we strongly recommend booking 2–24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time and therapist. Same-day slots are usually available — just message us on WhatsApp to check live availability.

Yes — bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment time. After that, a partial cancellation fee may apply. Just reply to your confirmation message or call us directly.

Hygiene is non-negotiable. Suites are sanitized between every guest, all linens are freshly laundered at high temperature, tools are sterilized after every use, and our therapists follow international hygiene protocols. Hand sanitizer and clean towels are always available.

Please let us know in advance — particularly for conditions like high blood pressure, recent surgery, skin sensitivities, diabetes, pregnancy, or chronic pain. Our therapists will adjust pressure, oils and positioning. For some severe conditions we may ask for clearance from your doctor.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your treatment. This gives you time to change, fill in a short health form (first visit only), enjoy a welcome tea and properly slow down before your session begins.
