Who we are
Big Thum is a home visit massage and wellness service operating in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman in the United Arab Emirates. Certified therapists travel to your home. We do not operate a public premises. You can reach us on 0524447520 or at hi@bigthum.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to arrange and carry out your treatment:
- Your name and the phone number you contact us from.
- The address or area where the treatment will take place, and access details you choose to share, such as a building name, unit number or gate instructions.
- The treatment, date, time and any therapist preference you request.
- Health information that you volunteer, for example an injury, allergy, pregnancy or medication that affects which treatment is suitable.
- The content of messages you send us.
We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used to confirm your booking, to give your therapist what they need to arrive and treat you safely, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Health information
Anything you tell us about your health is treated as sensitive. It is shared only with the therapist assigned to your session, and only so far as it affects whether a treatment is suitable and how it should be adapted. If you would rather discuss something directly with your therapist instead of in a message, tell us and we will note that.
Messaging and WhatsApp
Most bookings reach us through WhatsApp. Messages you send on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp and Meta, and are subject to their own privacy terms as well as ours. If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call or email us instead.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the therapist carrying out your treatment. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We may disclose information where we are required to by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third party analytics. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as needed to run the service and to handle any follow up, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@bigthum.com or message 0524447520 and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
